Giving up

So today I was thinking one of the hardest things that someone has to do is to realize the person they love & hurt the most will never be back no matter what they do... Also realizing that you have to give up on someone you love

Ok 1st lets talk about people who have to realize that the person they done wrong is the person they love and probably will never come back... People take a lot of things for granted, especially other people... It seems if u show a person that you will be their thru thick and thin, then they don't care how they treat you... they don't realize how much you really care about them, because they dont have to work for your affection... it is put in the back of their mind, because all they have to do is call or smile and you are back to caring for them no matter what they do... hell they've used you so much when you leave they know you will be back... but once you really are gone, then they realize something, they lost the person who has ever really loved them & they probably will never be able to get them back no matter how much they plead... I think this is why its so hard, the only person who has every really truly cared for them is not coming back, not because they have no choice, but because of what you did and how you treated them...

Now onto the people who have to give up.. I have friends who continuely go back to their idiot partners, even after the heartbreaks. I mean I can see going back after you found out someone lied to you, was tellin you one thing and doing something else... but I have friends who have gone back after the person has cheated numerous of times, given them more than one STD's, etc... but their comes a point in everyone life when enough is enough and they can't take anymore.. but it is hard to give up on something that you have fought for, esp if you have been fighting for a long time.. no one likes to lose, but eventually you don't see it as a lost, it's just hard to make yourself believe it isnt a lost, and it is for the best.. thats when it hurts the most... you are tryin to convince yourself something you love with all your heart, doesnt deserve your love at all...

Giving up is hard on both sides, but i think its easier than keep putting yourself thru motions that are just as hurtful.
